A local and leading engineering company based in Watford are currently recruiting for an Apple Support Engineer, the company are an Apple Authorised Service Provider, they provide remote, on-site and outsourced support to SMB’s and departments within larger enterprises and specialise within Mac/PC integration.

The role will be based out of the Watford HQ but could involve some travel to client sites in London and around the Home Counties.

Skills/Attributes:

• Have a minimum of two years of experience supporting and servicing Apple Mac computers
• Have experience supporting Macs connecting to Exchange email and O365 services
• Have support experience in connecting Macs in an AD environment
• Experience of Windows based servers, virtualisation, workstations, networking, routers, printers etc.
• Experience of configuring wireless networking, firewalls, managed switches, routers, printers etc desirable
• Be presentable and well-mannered as this is a client facing role
• Possess a clean, full manual UK driving licence
